These two always kill it, that's what makes them the best. Always keeping intensity high is a must but that's why we have partners in the gym, to push each other harder than we'd normally go. The only problem is finding the right partner who doesn't fuck around. Branch and Johnny push each other to achieve an intensity I see with no other. Fuck form when you find shit that works do it. Deal with shit later on in life

He is still putting stress on the muscle fibres and stimulating them even if he is using more explosive style like the push press he seems to do. I always wonder what he would have looked like if he actually tried a six month or years strict training plan. If he made number 2 at the Olympia training like this who knows how he may have looked if he trained like Dorian Yates

@@Tennyhu He'd have looked the same. With all the gear and genetics how these guys train is irrelevant. Their training styles are all marketing gimmicks. Yates style is hardly good either. The guy tore more muscles than most.

I’m shocked at the form /technique swinging and bouncing all the way! 😂 But can’t really say much about it though as Branch Warren has achieved more in bodybuilding than me and everyone that has watched and commented on his form on this video 😂

People don’t understand throughout the course of a workout your body fatigues plus they’re lifting heavy, it’s damn near impossible to lift with perfect form lifting as heavy they’re lifting. Although the form isn’t declining as the video goes they’re still able to lift n push hard enough to hit the muscle they’re trying to build, that takes all the mental toughness in the world to do, I’m with you Lewy B, shout out to Johnnie Jackson, too. I met Johnnie before, he’s a good dude

Fact of the matter is this, their form is very very bad. If your a beginner or intermediate lifter, this is NOT a how to video. You will only get yourself hurt. YES, they are IFBB pro's BUT they have the right type of genetics coupled with steroid use. NPC.pro asked if anyone here is an IFBB Pro, ok maybe we are not but you don't need to be a pro to recognize bad form. But I've got one for you NPC.pro, How many Mr. Olympia's has Branch or Johnnie won???? Oh snap, that's right, NONE!!!! Look at the form of the Mr. Olympia's like Lee Haney, Arnold, Dorian Yates and Ronnie Colemen. PERFECT FORM!!! So am I a Pro? No I am not, but the guys I mentioned are and they have the Sandows that branch and Johnnie will probably never have.

All the muscle knows is the stress being placed on it. He was trying to overload the shit out of his front delts. The only surprising thing is that he’s never hurt himself too badly!

Form doesn't matter as long as you are able to get a good pump and feel the squeeze and stretch that's all that matter, every body wanna be a bodybuilder ain't no one wanna lift any heavy ass weight, I CAN GUARANTEE THAT 98 %OF PEOPLE THAT GO TO THE GYM WASTE THEIR TIME AND MONEY AND CANT BE BLESSED WITH A PUMP

Nothing wrong with training with good form. Most pros( Nick Walker, Phil Heath, Big Ramy just to name a few) have good form I am not bashing their form either because it clearly works for them. However, It'd be foolish to say that this bouncy form doesn't increase risk of injury

Damn, no wonder he's got torn muscles all over the place. Same trouble Dorian had at the end of his career but Dorian didn't train bouncy like this with the heavy weights. Especially pre contest you can't get away with this jerky training when your muscles are depleted from dropping your carbs.

It really does depend on your body type, cause really genetics is the end all be all. If he lifted strict he may be as big, bigger or smaller but in all reality he would still be a pro because he as the genetics. However this kind of form does lead to more injuries so beginners beware/

If you look at Branch's body when he was younger you wouldn't believe how aesthetic he looked. He had decent hair back then and looked like swole Tom Hanks. His waist was quite small and had a classic Tom Platz like look to him. I bet during those foundational years Branch trained with proper form and none of the "hardcore" style like here. So if you are starting to train please do not emulate this. If you are looking for technique tips, see how Dorian Yates used to lift and in modern times how Nick Walker lifts. Natty or not, your joints will thank you if you lift properly.
