I think Branch Warren had one of the best complete legs ever....quads, hams and calves.
@doublem1975x
@doublem1975x 2 жыл бұрын
@TULL FORIX Branch’s calf development is better than Platz. He also has more feathering in his quads. Plus his hams and glutes were more conditioned and developed.

@@doublem1975x lol this comment is funny, branch’s insertions aren’t as good as platz, he has no where near the detail and feathering platz did, and platz had better hamstring insertions making for more complete legs. Only thing branch has better than tom is maybe calves

@Lucien Everybody says it like gospel, doesn’t mean it’s true. They are great, yes but not perfect. Abductors were clownishly big, sartorius absent, calves a tad bit undersized compared to thighs. Branch’s legs don’t really have any fault, apart from him being really short.

@@parm9364 What insertions are u talking about? Be specific. Feathering is overrated, just genetic and nothing to do with condition. Wheeler and Kai had feathering in guest posing shape. Most of the very best guys don’t have it.

As foo foo as the leg pressing looks; having tried it myself, it's actually a great way to utilize the leg press. Just need at least 30 reps plus for it to be if any worth as well as an inhuman pain tolerance!

It's all about intensity for Branch so of course the form is going to get bad when the intensity is that high. I used to train this way but after a few minor injuries I quickly switched back to slow and controlled. However the high intensity works better its just the injury is inevitable

I agree! I apologize for the shit music, but almost the entire video got flagged for copyright infringement, so I had to put something over the original music, but not decrease the volume of the original so you could still hear the weights and voices. Again, sorry for that, it’s better than total silence I think though. 🙏🏻
