Great price really. Better than an original with the same experience driving. Really well done.

OMG…..the grandfather to my low slung 1990 944s2 Cabriolet, in Baltic Blue. It is absolutely gorgeous. Mine has full leather in linen (an off-white)…but I’ve given serious consideration to redoing my interior to tan. I think this video may be just what I needed to “pull the trigger”. I’m in my late 60s, retired Navy and retired federal LEO. Watching this video is as close as I’m ever going to get to one of these. Bravo-Zulu, very well done, to whoever specked out this build!!!

Nice looking build quality and that's coming from someone who worked for Intermeccanica in the late 70s. Personally I would like to see that car without a shitton of clear over the paint...I think you guys would notice the trim pop alot more as a result.

$2524 for a 1600, $2764 for a Super, $3794 for a 1500 Carrera GS In 2023 dollars: $30,288 for a 1600, $33,168 for a Super, $45,528 for a 1500 Carrera GS plus tax, license and dealer markup 😃 In 1968 I bought a 1958 Speedster with Colorado plates for $1700 it had about 40,000 miles on it and was hopelessly rusted out. I sold it a year later for $1600 after doing major engine work, some rust repair including a complete paint job and replacing the tires. I was a student and had to sell it because I was getting married. Still have the wife, we've had four more Porsches. Life is good but I still want the Speedster back.

@@rodneypratt4324 hey I like those rascals just fine! But I'm old, tall and fat, so even if I could fold myself up like a jack knife and get in one, you could sell tickets to watch me get OUT of one! I'm no snob, my cars in the 90s were the old Datsun Primitives, 240Zs. Had 3 different ones, and what fun! I had a Client in my Barbershop back then, super nice guy named C. Espenlaub, he did endurance races in Miatas...

Beautiful job, but manufacturer must not have much faith in quality to only guarantee for six months.
