Hi Stranger, I appreciate the knowledge you're sharing. It's helping me figure out my transition. Maybe i missed it, but are all the apartments you showcase renting only? (In all videos, not just this one) Or are there some apts you show that have owning options? Thanks for putting these videos together. Cheers from west Co

Thanks for watching @Dust4Tears (so glad to hear the info is helpful)! Individual apartment units in Texas are for rent (vs ownership). With determining your transition plan, when are you looking to move? How can I help?

@LifeInAustinRealtors I'm in west Co and looking to relocate within 6m. I'm debating renting vs. buying. I plan on visiting in the next couple of months to explore. Thanks for your response. I look forward to keeping up with your videos.

Greatly appreciate the insight @Dust4Tears! In case it helps with any planning on your side, apartment unit availability is typically shared within a 60-day window from your desired move-in date. Meaning: If you're looking for a unit outside of this timeframe (let's say 100 days away from your desired move-in date), most properties won't have pricing or availability to share. They'll then ask for you to check back once you're in the 60-day window. Sometimes this stresses people out so just wanted to share in case it's helpful 🙂. If you wouldn't mind sharing additional details with me via the form linked here, I'd be happy to help you narrow down apartment options to review and evaluate. bit.ly/ppg-apartment-questionnaire
