I dont have anything depressing going on in my life. My life is awesome! But the reason why I still watch your videos is because of violent, uncomfortable, and unwanted intrusive thoughts and I also have a bad habit of fixating on things and mistakes I made in the past. My intrusive thoughts arent always about things I did in the past, some of them are about the possibilities of bad things happening to me in other lifetimes Im unaware of or in my future. Sometimes I catch myself arguing with my intrusive thoughts as if I'm speaking to real delusional people because they can be so upsetting. Your videos are reassuring me that I only have one life and that was is good, and I don't have to listen to my intrusive thoughts even if they seem too real to not get mad at.

Such a sweet and relatable comment 😅 I am also a bit like this but found out it does not really work to argue against this instrusive thoughts. Maybe treat them like you would talk to an old person telling you about their worries. You would not really try to argue, but let them feel seen and just listen empathetically, until they change the topic themselves. Or you yourself can try to bring up a little distraction
