$2.2 million?? Can't see it. It's nice but lacks a lot of the true luxury features for that price. Example: Would expect automatic blinds installed on all of those huge glass windows. A laundry room not a laundry closet but liked that there are two L rooms. Three garage doors on the front of the house...not appealing. Jr. Suite bedroom is tiny....closet is super small but bathroom is nice. Step in rather than walk in closets in some rooms are stretch but all bathrooms are very nice. Primary suite is gorgeous but bathtub is in an odd location...tucked against the shower. Run more plumbing and do this right. The primary walk in closet is nice for one person but shared isn't enough space. I wouldn't pay $2.2 million for a home like this that has very little land AND a partially finished basement!?? Great job on the cinematography.

Beautiful indeed. But a home of this magnitude needs a foyer. A place to greet everyone. A place to take off or put on your things (coats, boots, etc...) and most definitely a place to put your coats within a reasonable distance from the front entry. Strange design decision.

For over 2 million the bedrooms are super small. The master suite was on the plain side. The master tub seemed out of place. The outside setup left a lot to be desiredd. There are some kool features, but not enough for the asking price.

I must say, out of all the houses I have seen this house is spectacular roomy, the closets don't have wire racks like the ones I have seen from another realtor. The only thing I don't like is all the stairs I inside but in all the house is alright. 😊

That is the transition. Being that there's no new land growing anywhere, all the 60's and 70's homes in that neighborhood will eventually be bought, demolished, and newly constructed as the other's were. Happens all the time.

What are the houses worth On that street; recently a house sold on my block for $995,000 personally I Don’t believe any should Sell for more than $600,000 I live in a mid century modern home on the West Coast. This home has Zero parking for guests..???? A circular driveway would’ve been nice but it probably would’ve been and extra $100,000 more for the builder ... I don’t like entry ways that can’t be seen..but I love modern contemporary homes...it seems there are A few in the area..

The house looks great! I would have put the tub by the window in the master bath instead of flush against the walk in shower. You don't need two water closets. Two shower heads would also be nice.

For 2 mill there's so much missing. No pool, you have 6 shelfs for pantry. Closets have one shelf and 1 rod, come on 😢. No heated floors. There should be motorized blinds. Kitchen was ok and master bedroom. Master bath shower has 1 shower head really one, no bench in any shower, and has a curb that shower should be a curb less. The list goes on. For 2 mill these houses better start getting more updates.
