Inflation makes this a million dollar home. It’s really $500k-$600k. The house is a little dated, kitchen can use some tweaking, pool is dated, pantry is too small, closets are too small & dated. The transition between wood & tile is annoying. The bathrooms omg the bathrooms are definitely dated.

This is a beautiful house, but there are a lot of things that dose not screaming million dollar house. The first problem for me is the floors I don't understand why are all the floors in the house different they should have picked one set flooring and went with the darker brown flooring upstairs so I went throughout the whole house I do not like the wall covering with the paper and I do not like the fact that the kitchen is not that big. The whole downstairs should have been a open Flow with no walls that way you can see everything and it gives a much bigger feel to the house.

This comment is for all the folks that is still unfortunately stuck in back when. Back when " the doors was left unopened " ( never was a good ideal) and so forth. My you all move forward and progress. This home is definitely worth the asking price along with the beautiful peaceful looking neighborhood. This neighborhood is meant to keep those " something for nothing folks out" , so the rest of us hardworking folks that can afford this home can enjoy the fruit of our labor in peace. As I have work to obtain this status, if that is what you all view this home as. Perhaps when the home was $ 200K maybe you should have purchase, however seem as though you folks couldn't afford the home then either. 🤔
