The home is beautiful but I would not pay that price to live that close to anyone and not have some acreage.

Yeah, some acreage would be a plus BUT with inflation a house of this magnitude on land would be double especially depending on location

I definitely see why this is 4 something million . The only thing i dont like about this house is that the entire house looks like a basketball court . When you showed the last level of the basement I was like , “ ahh yeah see it makes sense .” BUT at the same time I don’t want the entire house reminding me of a basket ball court . What makes it look like a basket ball court ? The greys , the black railing and the bamboo wood floors that’s throughout the house lol . Beautiful home , thank yall so much for the ohhhs and ahhhs

Looking at the home I was thinking about purchasing... more like go see... this possibly may be the only reason I would stay in GA... LOL After seeing on video, saving me a trip, my "I'm willing to negotiate" amount start with 3.9M with some contingencies..

4.6 million for a small master bedroom? The master bathroom space is bigger than the actual sleeping quarters. Also, the basement isn't even finished.

I think the builder had to make the room a bit smaller to accommodate for the laundry room space and closet. I agree the basement could have been finished however it leaves endless opportunity for the buyer to customize how they prefer!

Thank you for the property tour! The house is nice but I feel not worth the $4.6M. I would expect a 4th car garage, the prep kitchen appeared to be a little small. I would also expect to see the basement fully finished at this price point as well. All of the bedrooms should have 4 can/pick lighting. The home should also include power at each window for automatic window coverings and at this price point, each bathroom should include high end toilets with bidets. Back-lit mirrors should be standard as well. The front door looks nice but should be upgraded to an oversized pivot door.

I agree however I think the idea was to leave a blank canvas to allow the future buyer to customize it how they prefer. With a basement floor plan like that the sky is the limit!

House is beautiful but that price will have to be negotiated to complete the unfinished portions. Now My creative self can decide how to use the spaces.

Beautiful home, but for 4 million dollars, the owner's retreat is extremely small. The basement is unfinished, and too close to neighbors. The rails on the stairs look like they should be outside.

Due to the size and location of the home the yard space isn't as big as a smaller home but it still offers enough enjoyable space for entertaining
