Single family home are renting for $1600-$1800 depending on the home, maybe max $2000/month. This property is a brand new construction home, and a new addition to the Marion Oaks community. We would have to run comps on what these units are renting for. Please call for more questions.

Quality really as bad as you may think by seeing it through the video. I appreciate your opinion of this property. They are asking $477k for both units including the acre lot that it’s nestled on.
