@@iamjosegreyes the whole house should be higher. I noticed that after hurricanes the roads get flooded so if the houses are higher elevation it shouldn't flood.

I hate communities that clear off ALL the trees. You buy there and have to wait at least 20 years to get a decent tree. No shade in a hot hot area of the state.

Unfortunately most communities these days will do so. This home still had a big tree located across the street where there aren’t any homes built. There are several yoga areas and walking trails with shade also. Ocala will get cooler than the Orlando area but still a nice community with great amenities. Any other areas that you would like to see tours in? Let me know and I’ll make it happen.

I like the design choices mostly. Pretty good use of space, and definitely more my style. I find it better than many of the 4 bedroom houses. However, there's some things I would have done different. The water heater definitely needs to go out in the garage. I would have probably put the air handler out there as well. The kitchen island I definitely would have designed it differently. Still never understood why the choice of no screened in patio. Overall price is still high, but more respectable than tons of others. Yard needs some work, but doable. Not my ideal location, but the house is nice 👍. Great find Jose, and keep them coming, and hope you are doing well. I definitely would expect this one to sell.

Hello and thank you for continuing to support the channel. I’m glad you liked this home. I think this did have a good distribution. I feel many folks are tired of the open concept where you enter right into the living space. It was nice to see a separation from the entrance to the common space. I would’ve preferred the water heater in the garage as well. I can only assume that builders are not screening in the lanai for both “cost”, and in case the owner would want to add a pool and screen around the pool. Not sure. Something is worth what someone will pay and what the bank will loan. It will sell for 100 of list. the buyers here would anticipate a house that size where they came from to be well over a million dollars. . Everything is relative.

That is absolutely true. The value is given to properties by those who will call it home, and what is appraises for. This one recently sold one for $350K. Definitely overpriced, and weird location for the half bathroom. By today's inflation rate, that's barely above $168k home. The market has made up the rest of the asking price. This is the absurdity of the market. 252% overvalued.

Definitely overpriced, 1600sq ft starting at over $400k, in what looks like an HOA neighborhood, spec model builds. No thanks. The design is not terrible though.

Not big into the total design. Master bedroom is definitely nice, albeit the bathroom should be closed off. Can't understand the whole thing about a water room for the toilet these days, definitely dumb IMO. The lanai is nice, but as usual no screening, it's Florida people. I would have definitely opted for a bigger washroom, the front office area was fine, however the second one near the small kitchenette, could have been better used. Would have preferred some fencing for the property. Carpets in the rooms, definitely a no-go. No microwave is also an issue. For an asking price over $600k, is too much for less than 3,000sq ft.

Too small IMO for 4 bedroom. Lenai could be bigger, and no screening. No fencing in the back, no landscaping. SMH, it's Florida people.

I did like that there was a foyer for this one as most open space concept homes tend to open immediately into the common area. But nonetheless it is a nice home. That backyard has great potential. Are in searching mostly for no HOA?

Moved from Lake Co a couple years ago. Clermont is beautiful but now too crowded and expensive. Lovely property and yard is very pretty.

I can see why many families have relocated to this area. The prices have gone up over the years much like Winter Garden and Orlando. Unfortunately these are cities many wish to live in. @iamjosegreyes No HOA, Lot size, distance from neighbors and the entrance. Also, Kitchen and master bath. I live in an old 1949 house on Miami Beach. Miss the different architectural details in older homes.

@@iamjosegreyesrealistically, I would say probably $289k-$325k at best. It's smaller than a couple other 4 bedroom houses you've shown. I like the wooded property, however no screened in areas, and lack of any real landscaping, hurts the value. At slightly over $200sq ft. You're not getting much.

I love it so far no carpet...yay! My linen closet now is a candle closet. The sink in the kitchen is perfect with the window. It would have been nice to make the electrician work harder and put an outlet up the wall so you can hide your cords for the TV. The size of the property is perfect! Definitely would put in a pool and fence the backyard in. Any limits on fencing the front? Primary suite....they needed a door going out to the backyard. Racks in all closets need to come out and California Closets put in! Last complaint lol, where's the jetted tub? What does Florida have against them? Soooo, for the most part I like the house. But ....$410,000 is high, especially if Claudia's sister actually bought the same exact model (same builder) in the same area. Thanks for your videos José 😊

@@chowmomof2 I thank you so much for watching the tours and taking the time to leave a detailed feedback. Yes they made the electrician work quite a bit. Including an outlet and cable jack higher one the wall for a tv would make it look nice and clean/organized. A screened in pool would be a great addition to the property. Access to the primary suite would’ve been a great feature for easy access to the pool. As far as the closets you already know I’d be taking the shelves out and reorganizing them. As far as the fencing goes I don’t believe this area has restrictions as far as HOA goes. That being said I haven’t seen home in the area with a fence in the front of the yard. Don’t quote me on that since I haven’t driven through every road in that area as of yet as it is a large territory. The price may have to come down, or a handsome seller concession would have to be contributed for this one. Though it isn’t uncommon to see prices rise slightly based on sales, going up by $50-$60k is quite a bit. Thanks again for watching these tours. It makes me happy to know you’re enjoying them. Mostly pretty nice, again the missing fences, no screened in patio, and that wasted space in the bathroom, are some turnoffs. My personally, I can forego the dining room space, and made the cleaning room much bigger, for dining space, I would rely on the center kitchen island, make it bigger. Overall not bad for the size, much better suited for 4 bedroom design. Asking price is slightly high, since market values are inflated in today's market. But I'm sure it's a good deal for someone.
