I've seen/tried on the preexisting MRG Casiooak in a local store. It's impressive how a few tweaks (namely allowing just a little movement in those endlinks) make the bracelet fit so much better compared to the existing metal Casioak bracelets. Also worrying given that it means I'll have to buy one if I want a metal Casioak on bracelet that actually fits well. I am curious/dreading what interesting designs they come up with for the MRGs in the future now that they have the basic all black and all steel colors done.

I seriously have hard to understand the liking of the 700 series. The hands are short and in some colors they are camoflaged so it's like it's intended to be hard to read the watch. But I like the emergancy orange models!

I just bought the grb300 and saw the gmcb2100. Not sure what to do. I don't mind the dual coil motor but I also wouldnt pay $500 more just to have a more professional version of the same watch.

Hopefully that blue GLX comes to my country. As a hiker that's our motto - leave only footprints, take only pictures. Not sure how you can leave footprints and take pictures while you're surfing but that's a technicality. Also wish they release an emergency orange square in the near future. Missed out on the Nasa release so an orange square would be the closest thing.

Day 376 of holding my breath for a reverse MIP dispaly in a 5000/5600 body without all the smart/health bulk.. And yes I'm fine with a stopwatch in full seconds rather than hundreths. Nothing I do is fast enough to need anything smaller :) Add in multi band 6 and tough solar and I'll happily buy it. FYI The new GMC-B2100D -1A/2A are lsited at €799.00 here on the official casio site in The Netherlands.

That ship sailed decades ago. Nobody would want to collect G -Shocks if they were all the same thing. Not every G-Shock has to be for everyone.

@@MayTheSchwartzBeWithYouDefinitely agree. The beauty of G-shock is that regardless of what model/color/preference you choose, they're all guaranteed to be tough, rugged watches.
