A brand NEW Nemesis Helicopter has landed, finishing touches are happening to the Nemesis shop + The Edge arcade is progressing... But will it be ready for opening?! This is the FINAL Nemesis Reborn update before it opens in just 5 days time! Tentacles have been added around the Forbidden Valley area + Nemesis Reborn has been testing throughout the past few weeks! Alton Towers will open on the 16th March, alongside Nemesis Reborn... Will you be there? Galactica has been testing with updated signage and a jetwash, will bigger upgrades come in the future for Galactica at Alton Towers Resort?!

Great Update! The blade always had the yellow stripes on the supports they just faded so dramatically people dont remember them lol They have also painted the yellow stripes on the side of the Coffee Lounge which looks pretty cool.

I personally see Forbidden Valley as a multiyear projects. Part 1 is Nemesis Reborn and the top end of Forbidden Valley. Part 2 is the Galactica Retheme and theming in of the bottom end to the wider storyline with the help of Project Ocean!

I think Galactica should keep the space theme as it kinda links with nemesis as nemesis is an alien and make it so Galactica is the hero fighting nemesis, they just need to add more things like more planets and portals, a redone station, a better pre show and a repaint

Sad the gun is gone but it doesn't really fit the theme now. I feel like it was there encase they lost control of Nemesis so they could kill it if needed, but now they have control over the beast they feel the need to increase personnel presence on site and having helicopters is the easiest way to access this "remote/forbidden valley" The M1X could be cos its a freestyle drink mixing station. Have no meaning to the story

I really miss the post apocalyptic rustic look and the drill... the new theme just seems so generic and boring... the only pros i see is the old logo returning and them trimming down all the foilage around the pit.

Galactica needs removing and adding a new coaster themed to the phalanx and rename the zone with the phalanx part of the name.

Definitely not! We don’t need even MORE phalanx, they would be pushing and overusing it way too much. Galactica is an amazing ride and it’s personally my favourite at towers and in the uk, all it needs is more themeing and some work like a better station. It would ofc still keep its amazing space theme yet it could be the hero going to fight the nemesis alien (both rides are associated with space so it makes sense) they could add some more planets and portals
