May I ask how you avoid dripping after drying? Even with the aid of a dryer focusing on mirrors and the tailgate, I never seem to get rid of incredibly annoying drip marks after spending 3-4 hours on a detail.

Very nice thorough job. And the end result is quite good. Just a question and an observation. The question is: is there not a coating on that vehicle? It does not look like there's much in the way of hydrophobics, so no ceramic coating? Comment: If you would not drink the chemical you are working with, you should have on nitrile gloves. I do not understand not using hand protection.

Thanks Doug 👍🏼 No, there is no protection at all on this one. Very good point. I usually do wear gloves, but on this particular day it was 30 degrees so my gloves were filling with sweat (I know gross) but usually I do 👍🏼 A lot of the chemicals I use are biodegrade and I know they are still checmials but I try use a little hazardous chemicals as possible

No. There’s no need. Maybe if you are new and not very confident, but I have damaged any door cars or speakers in the 14 years or me doing it 👍🏼

Hi Mason, Yes exactly 👍🏼 If I do mine I just leave it. The only thing I find sometimes, is is there is any dirt in panel gaps which you can’t see/get too then when the water drips it can leave a faint streak behind.

No worries. I got mine from Iodetail but they don’t stock it anymore. It’s a Vyair Water Resin Purifier if that helps 👍🏼 Make sure it comes with the resin and isn’t just the outside container

I thought you were supposed to prewash/snow onto dry paint, then rinse...

If you have a look at first I used a citrus degreaser, rinsed, then snowfoam. The majority of dirt was removed after the citrus prewash but I couldn’t be able to let that dry otherwise it could potentially leave water-spots.

If you were just going to snowfoam then I would do it straight to dry as I find it clings better. Unless you had been off roading and had a thick layer of dirt, in that case I would pressure wash that off first
