George your story is so inspirational and congratulations. I too am newer and helping buyers, social media posting etc. is frustrating and not working that well. Cold calling scares me but I feel this is the only way to succeed. I found Jackie searching on KZbin and love her energy and the way she explains things. Success stories are always inspirational and motivating. You just have to get a good script and then start calling. It's a numbers game (all sales are). If you call or knock on enough doors, you will get business. And the more you do it the better you'll get and the fewer doors/call you'll need to make to get the business. Just keep going! Don't let the rejections bother you.

How far out is your expired data radius set to? Do you call all expireds within the 50 mile radius? If not you can’t possibly prospect a full 3 hours everyday for expireds

Inspiring story but very vague in his approach towards calls. Would have been nice to share exactly what was in his script and the exact objections he encountered. As new agents are hungry for examples of real world interactions, these things are important to fully inform those looking to get into real estate. It felt like a coaching infomercial more than anything. Not taking away from her skills as a good coach. Just a viewpoint from an aspiring agent.
