Their waitlists are also at an all time length, and their market cap is unparalleled in the industry . Ferrari never sues owners who modify their cars for personal use. They ONLY sue grifters using their brand image to make money on the internet. If you mod your Ferrari in privacy without monetizing it, they dont care (and likely wouldnt ever find out).

High market cap doesn’t mean there isn’t a large population of growing resentment for a brand that tries to police the world to protect its image. If I want to modify my car, I should have every right to monetize a video showing the mods. There’s enough millionaires and billionaires willing to get on their knees for Ferrari and buy car after car to try to get an allocation and never get one unless they spend 10m in other random BS. Unfortunately my favorite brand Porsche has been criminally doing this as well while charging insane dealer markups upwards of $100k for a GT3, not even an RS. Bottom line is if I can’t even change the color of my car without being sued by maker, I’m never going to buy said car no matter how successful I may get in life. When I see the rare model ferrari of course I’m going to take a picture, but then I also think about how much Ferrari dealer they had to suck just to get that model.

Ferrari doesn't interfere in such petty things, one can monetize and show the mods as long as they are focusing on the mods and not promoting their brand using Ferrari's trademark without Ferrari's permission or giving money to Ferrari. This what people needs to understand. The allocation for limited production cars from Ferrari is based on a points system, spending money on cars isn't just the only way to get points, those who aren't in the Ferrari environment has no clue about this point system and when the production is limited someone has to miss out but Ferrari is very clear about allocations unlike Porsche or even Ford. Please a lot owners have changed colours of their Ferrari's, this is just a myth. Purchasing a rare model from any brand is the same, look at how Ford selected customers for the Ford GT, look at Porsche and Lamborghini dealers have doing it since 1988 forcing customers of 25th anniversary countach to buy a lm002 before.

Most people dosn't know about the European cars, and the +100 octane. But they are build to use 102 or 104 octane, and that's where the brochures spec's come from. At a lover octane, the car simply just isn't as effective, it first comes to live above the 100 octane mark. That's from VW Golf GTI and up to hypercars.

But there were other content creators on that rally and all of which were more than willing to rep a sticker in support of DDE, a fellow automotive content creator who was sponsoring and supporting the rally. Twas nothing but a sticker, he decided to make it more than that. Everyone has their priorities and he's of course entitled to his. He wasn't being asked to be featured in all of DDE videos or anything like that so i'm not sure what content overlap or issues a sticker would have caused. But at least shmee is getting some following from THC :) I'm glad they are always willing to support a fellow automotive content creator regardless in any form 🍻
