2022 and still the best duet i've ever heard. It's not just the music, or the singers, though without doubt they are amazing! It's also because the story behind these lyrics is so beautiful. There are moments when we are so very tired about life, love, and everything, but through this song they tryna tell us that it's okay if you have those feelings. It's very human of us to felt that way, to the point that we retreat ourself from surroundings. But the most important thing is, whenever you feel like exhausting, surrender, you know there are people who are willing to accept you, and embrace you, cause they are your home, and you are theirs. Agreed, and there is zero artistry to a ton of big name producers creating club hits for seasonal pop artists. I have always been on the side of people who can actually sing, and who actually write the music. People who are more passionate about the song quality, than the returns it gives to their label, or the amount of gossip and fame that they get from Hollywood.

For over 10 years when people complain that there is no real music nowadays I would always say "Checkout Brandi Carlile" sadly for some reason they rarely play real talent on the radio. Sam being one of the few exceptions. Hopefully with her Grammy performance I won't have to tell people who she is anymore. That makes me happy in so many ways❤
