I LOVE hot tubs! I don't get to get in hots hardly often at all, and ESPECIALLY now with the Tracheostomy, but I must say, When I do get to get in a hot tub, I cherish every single second of it, and want those jets at their maximum settings, and I keep them on AT ALL TIMES, whilst I'm in the hot tub! The last hot tub in which I sat was not a Jacuzzi. It was a SaluSpa, and I couldn't sit in it whilst the Air/Water jets were on, as I had to sit on the side of the Hot tub, whilst the air/water jets were on, due to the Tracheostomy, but I truly did enjoy myself in that Hot Tub, and cherished every second of it! I even played around with the control panel, and played with the settings!

Well we get our New Jacuzzi in a week. The build quality today 2022 in my opinion is very good. I do love the look, the Balboa electronics, Glued AND Clamped every connection is HUGE, and also the 5 year Parts and Labor warranty we are given here in Canada. We almost got another tub when I said well say the motor goes in 3 months or a year i have a leak? I was told we only cover 30 days p and L, Then its 90 bucks a hour to service .....lol. Just like buy as is then pay to service wile your still forking out $$. We are happy with the choice . All tubs are made with pros and cons

I took delivery of a brand new jacuzzi brand spa last month. Contrary to this video, there is NO WAY it was tested before it left the factory. The PVC pipe fitting on the heater was cross-threaded and when the installers filled it with water, there was water flowing everywhere out from underneath. The installers were surprised. The local jacuzzi tech who came out to fix the fitting was super but was equally surprised to see what happened (and obviously ZERO factory QC testing, ie, no water test as shown in video). The sales rep said he filed a report back to the factory. This never should have happened. Now I have concerns on the other fittings underneath and all around. I was also surprised that the wood framing was NOT pressure treated (as shown in this video). The frame appeared to be just plain white pine. The bottom wood frame by the ground was painted black - but did not look pressure treated). To me, this is inviting a shortened frame life due to wood rot issues. There was also NO spray foam; just exterior wall foam board/ bubble wrap with only bubble wrap on the ground. This cannot be very energy efficient. My old spray-foamed hot tub (3 times larger) cost about $12-15/ month. However, the first month electric bill with my new jacuzzi has already jumped about $60-70... TBD. I like the jacuzzi, but just saying.....

Jacuzzi Spa's are now made in Mexico, Jacuzzi is No longer the #1 brand. I own a 2005 Jacuzzi J 315 model, but it is a time, an era when Jacuzzi made quality high-end spa's. Unfortunately Jacuzzi spa's reputation has gone Downhill, Jacuzzi is still good but definitely not as Great as they used to be & if I ever purchase a new hot tub it will Not be a Jacuzzi brand, the main reason I won't purchase a Jacuzzi is because of the move to produce their tubs in Mexico, stupid, stupid choice on Jacuzzi's part 🤦!

This is a result of COVID and customers demanding their tubs yesterday. Unfortunately its a lose lose situation, get customers their tubs quickly and some are mad due to quality control, or complete high quality control and customers are also mad because it takes a year to get. You either get your hot tub in a reasonable amount of time, or complain when QC isn't up to the high standard it usually is. Frustrating, yes, but just a reality as a result of the last 2 years. You probably received a 200 series which stopped full foam production to accommodate the 300, 400 and 500 series full foam production in a foam shortage and temporarily switched to EPS panels. Once supply chains are back to normal, none of this will be an issue. The wood framing is in fact pressure treated, not sure what your situation was. Just putting this out there to correct any confusion.

why? i've been in many jacuzzi's. in self builded, chinese and expensive ones. in wellness centers, at home, some friends own one and on some vacations. and the most people (just like me) like the bubbles and not the jets. what i do recommend is an isolated spa, some drain your wallet empty haha :p anyway my spa has many buble nozzles and a 1200 watt blower.. it works perfect for me

They had been made in Chino, CA since the 1960’s. Around 2014, they sent the jobs to Mexico. Sure, the quality is fine, but most other spa manufacturers are manufacturing in the US, unlike the greedy Jacuzzi, which is now “La Cuzzi🇲🇽 “. I’d get a either get an older US-built one or a new one from a different manufacturer. I don’t support slave labor where they are getting paid $3 an hour.
