We own a non profit for a physically vulnerable population needing 12 hour behavioral supervision with a written behavior report daily along with a 12 hour emergency care staff in case there is a fire at night and they can just play on their phone instead of changing depends or assisting the clients in the bathroom. This keeps staff because it’s difficult to find enough illlegals in new England who will do that for so little pay.

The clients are isolated from society and their family are not allowed to visit because they bitch too much. Our clients can’t explain how they feel correctly because of cerebral palsy and they depend on us for everything. Despite having a decent Iq potential they can’t control their anger and they yell and swear when they don’t get what they ask for in a timely manner. We are solving behavioral issues in clients by putting them on tight schedules that sleep deprive them if they don’t take naps in their broken wheelchairs. We willl take away their phones if they ever say a bad word or get mad at anything. They signed the contract when they were outnumbered in a conference room they will be punished if they don’t like it.

Their biggest passions are food because that’s all they can experiment with and we give them 3k a month to spend on it to help improve life quality they also have flat screen TVs and med beds from 5 years ago not found in other agency facility home like settings.
