Third tier subdivision ang Laguna Bel aire. The Phases 1 and 2 are an excellent example of how not taking care of these homes make for a total breakdown of the neighborhood.

May makikita kang mga tindahan sa mga bahay, may mga nabubulok na bahay at di na kayang i-repair. Mga abandoned houses. Ang future buyers, gigibain na lang ang existing structures and build a new one completely, gaya ng house ni ipinakita mo dito sa video. Ganun ang best move.

@ yes po, yung iba din dun foreclosed na din kasing mga houses kaya abandoned na. Kaya maganda po syang pasukin ng built and sell business since sayang po yung value ng lupa. Ang ganda pa naman ng location, near SLEX exit, CALAX, Nuvali at along highway.

Totally safe po dito sa Laguna Belair at may 2 levels of security din sila. Bukod sa main entrace, before pumasok sa Phase 4 may another security post ulit. This is not the only subd. in Laguna na nakita kong walang fence yung houses.

Located ito inside an exclusive subd. But ofcourse, the Buyer can always decide pa din kung palalagyan nya pa ng gate yung house.
