One of the biggest issues I have with the way people generally warm-up for the bench press is that they only focus on the upper body, specifically the shoulder. Of course, this is needed, but if you are getting into an optimal start position you need so much more from your warm-up. We need to pay attention to the lower body as well as the T-spine. The better bench press start position you get into, the more is required from your lower body and thoracic spine. We need to add in warm-up drills that are more comprehensive. Otherwise starting position will be less advantageous and leg drive will suffer.

Hi I just want to ask about having trouble in many aspects of the squat, This is the top trouble for my squat, even at a lighter weight or even bodyweight my hips would naturally take over the movement making it a squat morning when fatigued Just want to ask if this is due to weak quads considering my hamstring is stronger or I just need to work into a better and more efficient postion

It looks like its warming up the forearm and wrists more than the shoulders. interesting ill give it a try.

I have seen a previous video where he benched 500. With no spotter to unrack either.

you can make em for like $10 bucks a trip to the hardware store and an afternoon.

@@HangryPandaMike I used pvc and concrete. It doesn't have to get super heavy.
