Muppet Elantris where the cursed Elantrian muppets just turn into humans. Now they can bleed, and feel pain, and get sick and all the horrible things that muppets are immune to. Would be a similar jump in increase of suffering from muppet to human as it would be from human to cursed Elantrian.
