Since I’m not in construction I can’t wrap my head around that basement flooding🤔. Aren’t they built so they don’t flood? So sad to see someone’s dream house rotting 😔. If I won the lottery I would built a nice retro farmhouse with a big barn🤣. A wrap around porch in a very quiet place ❤️. Also a nice rocking chair on the porch ❤️❤️.
