Biggest lesson i learnt in 2023 in the stock market is that nobody knows what is going to happen next, so practice some humility and low a strategy with a long term edge.

Nobody knows anything; You need to create your own process, manage risk, and stick to the plan, through thick or thin, While also continuously learning from mistakes and improving.

32:00 - “How to screw over new agents”
@jordanbatka03311 ай бұрын
I’m noticing a common theme here among these successful agents. That is most of these individuals had money already. If not, they had an extremely cheap place to live. You need padding first and foremost to ensure no initial faze dropout. That’s my #1 reason for the high failure rate amongst agents. They simply haven’t bought themselves the time to remain in the initial start up faze.
@Jerrymaciasre11 ай бұрын
I would say most had sales skills or great communication skills. And if someone has those type of skills are probably making money else where prior to getting into real estate
@jordanbatka03311 ай бұрын
@@Jerrymaciasre I think both can be true! If you were to buy yourself a years worth of time to get going, I would assume the success rates climbs to 40% or even higher

Hey Brandon great as always! I do have a question tho when he says his strategy to secure the listing is comparing sale #s when you’re on the shit end of that stick with 1 or 2 sales how would you handle that objection if they even interview you ?

Great context ! My question is Brandon, I am testing on the 8th of next month and wasn’t sure if your are allowing agents to join your brokerage or if it is only as a coaching program now ? Thanks !

I’m sorry but looking up other agents and saying look they didn’t sell anything is some hater shit. Why not let the home owners choose who they feel comfortable with instead of them choosing you because you’re basically bad talking other agents and trying to make them look bad.

Great interview with interesting content. I'm in the insurance business & dabble in real estate as well. Just wondering about the math about the insurance profits. $620k plus $5k-$6k/mo doesn't add up to $730k... Were you talking about other real estate profits like rental properties or other side hustles?

He does not seem to care about clients it's all about the money. You can be a great communicator and care about the people he is working with. Not the best example of the type of agent who is a knowledgeable professional who cares about his clients. Just my opinion.

How do you get around the no call list? I'm in California, an agent I know got served a lawsuit for violating the no call list laws. He's facing "pay $20,000" or go to trial. It's scammy but this is what happens in California.
@Muricanwerewolf10 ай бұрын
You can either scrub the DNC from your call lists and play it safe or risk this kind of lawsuit. Odds are you won't get dinged but there's always a chance.

That’s just the thing with this strategy. There are no leads to buy. He’s using Mojo Sells and Vulcan 7 to get the numbers

Definitely a real question. My brokerage doesn't supply any numbers and vulcan 7 is like 300 a month or more. Very hard as a father of 3 who started out with enough money to pay my bills in the bank to add a bill like that.
