I been doing open houses for Ad.m H.mes and was expecting my commission. They gave my commission to someone else. Telling me another realtor said it was her client, she never came with her buyer nor sign a guest registration. I am so hurt 😢 about this. I will never do another Builders open house without a contract along with guest registration form. IMO...Real Estate wholesaling is better way to earn money.

I just came out of orientation at Orlando Regional Association 😅of Realtors. Got my pin. Teacher was surprised when i said i was going to make 30 cold calls. What about the new law fo kit call / do not knock on doors???? I have to ask my broker for a list!!!!

This is all well and good except for the social media part. Your saying to add these leads on fb however most if not all people wont be searchable on fb or even be able to add them if your not a friend of a friend.

Who cares, my job is to try, and try again and again. It’s a starting point and a end result .. heck as you do more of the other and your name recognition goes up you may find they people are adding you more … My approach is what CAN I DO, Not what I cant do.. it’s the mindset . . best of luck to you on your journey..
