hey brandon , my name is kevin , and i need ur expertise . the same 85 hp evinrude you made a video about a while back. i just bought the boat , and the tilt and trim wire was cut , and the cylinders are there but no pump or resevoir please can you tell me how to test and see if i need new tilt and trim , of this can be repaired
