Test drove one finally. Only two things I didn't care for. 1. The obvious lacking engine on the base, but that is to be expected. The other thing I was surprised by, was how weird the steering wheel felt with the flat top and bottom. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but certainly surprised me. I love the interior design, tech and space. Just waiting on the turbo, but still wish there was a GT that offered even more HP, I think it could still use it above the 190hp.

The 2.0 engine use in the Forte is the Nu while this 2.0 is the newer Smartstream

I love the physical buttons for the AC buttons. With it on the screen, it seems like a downgrade since, in the preferred trim, the steering wheel visually blocks the controls.

Heated seats, adaptive cruise AND collision avoidance in a base model...WHAT!? The hatchback has really grabbed my attention, especially in a market where we're seeing less and less NICE good sized sedans. I don't want a tiny SUV but i also don't want to spend 65k on a merc, audi or something like an accord or camry. The head lights, tail lights and dash/vents are giving me 2025 Carnival EX vibes, which we are LOVING OURS TO DEATH!!! They should have done the steering wheel logo in morse code like Hyundai did with the Elantra N! I too am a sucker for symmetry but that look isn't bothering me.

About the price, Kia Canada website says that the K4 starts at around CAD26,xxx. Is there a change?
