All this with not patching 😮… One question, when you change the shape from log/Lin/expo, in cycling envelope mode for example, does it affect the duration of the cycle? many analogue function generators (except frap tools falistri) do work like this. I want the option to choose if shape effects duration. How does does the quadrax was work in that respect??

To be honest I can't remember offhand. It might mention it in the Intellijel Quadrax manual or KZbin video. I think as a digital function generator the shape does not affect the timing like it does on analog ones like falistri and maths.

I actually just used my Zoom H6 with my phone for this one because I thought it would be faster. Unfortunately my lightning connection seems flaky because it kept coming disconnected so it would just record with the phone mic and no modular. Very frustrating!

Glad you enjoyed the video! All of the channels have the same CV assignment options. If I remember correctly, In this case I'm just assigning (RISE) PITCH to CV input 1 because that's the VCO channel. If you wanted, you could make all 4 channels VCOs, send a pitch input to any CV input, and assign it to all 4 channels RISE.

@@dedodan1 Yes, with the 4 CV inputs, you could assign each one to a channel to sequence them independently.

Yeah it really rewards repeated use. Once you internalize what the colours mean and get familiar with the CV assignment matrix it's quite quick to navigate and so flexible.
