He told joey when he kissed his girlfriend, before anything happened he wanted to make sure joey was ok with that. And Ross handled it pretty well when found out about monica and Chandler. Every time Ross was happy Rachel ruined it. When he got back from China he was happy dating julie but Rachel ruined it. Ross was happy with Bonnie Rachel ruined it. He was marrying Emily, Rachel showed up and ruined it too.
