Changing units C to F: With power off, press and hold the "On/Off ' button for about 5 seconds until "- - -" is shown with the current C or F setting. Release and press the "On/Off " button again to switch the unit and release. After about 3 seconds the unit is ready for taking temperature when the age range icons start to scroll.

I Googled this video to see how to use this thermometer. It doesn't tell me how to!! The 'voice of God' narration is very dated. Videoes for my diabetic hardware show real users actually using it, which is much more effective!

I tried it in my mouth, it gave 37.5C. I tried it under my armpit, it said 36.2C. It's absolute trash.

It's not lit when selecting an age. Nearly useless in night time. Odd that such company as BRAUN allowed this
