Flora Bowley (pronounced bowl-lee) is an artist, author, and gentle guide whose creative process and soulful approach to living have touched thousands of lives.
Blending over twenty-five years of professional painting experience with her background as a yoga instructor, healer, and lifelong truth seeker, Flora’s popular in-person retreats and online courses have empowered a global network of brave painters while creating a new holistic movement in the intuitive art world.

I think you just released me. I am 66 years old and at this age, you lose loved ones, especially coming from a large family, with many nieces and nephews and we lost our Mom last year~~~a young 92 and my precious niece at the age of 50 who lost her battle with cancer the other day!! I used to paint with oils years ago and I decided to try acrylics and I am loving abstracts. I watched many videos this past two years to learn more and watched speed time from various artists, which only confused me more, lol. Now, my brain has too much info and I had trouble, just "letting go" ~~~~until I discovered you!! Bless your heart for unselfishly sharing~~~my abstracts is what helps heal my broken heart. and I sure do need to let go and release my pain of loss!! Your painting is like a growth mindset, goosebumps through part 1.23 to 1.46, You are not afraid to paint with fingers. The music is great, I would always use a music background. This is the first abstract-like painting that really brings emotion to me like itself and without any explanation. I admire your braveness. I love that you caught the process.
