Princess Catherine has been dealing with her deadly sister-in-law AND battling cancer. She is one of the most beautiful women in the world, inside and out. She will recover her health and her beauty in due time. She is REAL and has no time for pretending she something she is not.

It doesn't bother me as her illness shines a light on the lives of sufferers who would never made the news. I speak as a cancer survivor myself and to be frank it was seeing the young mums that concerned me most while waiting for my own appointments.

This value of press coverage about the public figure’s illness is that It increases everyone’s awareness and empathy for those suffering an illness. This focus does not mean a famous person’s experience is more important than anyone else’s - that’s a very petulant way to look at it.
