In my humble opinion James Horner is the greatest musician of the modern era. He authored the film sound tracks of Avatar, Braveheart, Titanic, Enemy at the Gates, Glory, Cocoon, two Star Trek movies, Legends of the Fall, A Beautiful Mind, Apollo 13, and many others. This track reminds me so much of my first wife. She was taken away in 1994. Whenever I see Braveheart it reminds me of her. I keep thinking of the moment when William Wallace is beheaded and he sees his wife and they are reunited. If that happens to me on my death then all the pain I have been through since the day she left will be worth it.

My grandfather came to America from Glasgow Scotland. Never asked for a thing. Became a proud American. My mother went to Scotland and found the home he was born in. I have soil from the yard. The theme from Braveheart was played at her funeral. It was beautiful!
