I'm actually surprised the Braves didn't bring/show (not sure of the right word) more intensity to this series than they did, given that it was a revenge series for them. No complaints, though. Hate both teams seeing they are division rivals, but i gotta give respect where it's due and the Phils earned it: underdog 2 years in a row and both times beating the Braves, the favorite who had the best regular season record. Winning a wildcard spot with home field advantage is literally better than waiting a week. It's almost detrimental to win home field when you have a team rollin with so much momentum like us. It's happen to us mutiple times when we were the better team. The cardinals and the giants got us. It keeps the momentum flowing and it carries into the post season. It keeps you sharp and baseball your focus and reaction time have to be on point. The braves won 104 games and have nothing to show for it. We are literally built for the playoffs and have the best home field advantage in baseball. The swag/chemistry of this team is crazy. I'm proud of these dudes. They stood on business.

The "crappiest" teams were the ones that proved they were the best over the course of 162 games. Even a last place team beats the first place team in a short series during the regular season.
