Alexis acting shocked, that Shannon was so upset to learn that there were videos is just laughable. If you weren't trying to hurt her, why were you running around ON REALITY TV, talking about these videos?!?!? I think what really happened is she wanted to put out there that there were videos, have everyone be shocked and aghast and basically turn their backs on shannon. When that didn't happen she started to walk things back. Which by the way do we know whether or not he turn these videos over to authorities the night of the dui? If not that in itself could potentially be a crime. Also do we know whether or not he supply Shannon with any alcohol that night? Did he try to stop her at all, did he himself call the cops saying she's going to end up hurting someone or get hurt herself? If he did supply her with alcohol he himself could technically be considered liable, just like a bartender would be. If he didn't do anything to stop her from driving, again he could also be held liable. If I'm Shannon's lawyer that's what I'm going to focus on. and the reason I asked if he turned them over, is because Shannon looks legitimately shocked that he had video. Even when you accept a plea deal like she did, you are a prized of the evidence that they have against you

I can't believe that after seeing how they came off this season, John and Alexis haven't just said something like, emotions were high with filming right after the break up, the DUI, and being in a new relationship and we weren't thinking clearly. We might have taken it too far, but now we're moving on. Instead they are doubling down! Shannon Beador is my favorite regardless of her human flaws. She does have an old fashioned good heart. In fact, they all have human shortcomings but more or less a nice heart . I wish there are more fun, luxurious lifestyles, wealth and kindness and constructive criticisms in these shows instead of just dark drama and mean and petty fights. The world needs more uplifting and positive energy. Peace and happiness to everyone.

The viewers of the show see a final product. We don't know what happened in Shannon and John's relationship when the cameras were down all these years. Shannon said she paid for everything in the beginning, and then John said on WWHL this was not true. Like who do we believe? I do believe John is not looking good in this whole thing. I like Alexis, but I do think this could happen to her as well. I feel like John is pitting Alexis and Shannon against each other. He could be Brooks 2.0.
