When I look at Danielle I see someone consistently stepping on someone to raise herself up but never reaching down to help them up. Gabby has a good head on her shoulders. She’s strong, beautiful and confident. Danielle bringing up again “the fact that’s she single” is an attempt to snip at her value and confidence. pure jealousy. Women like this can’t be trusted.

Agree with how Danielle has been moving lately, it’s gross & disappointing…but on Gabby… I think she seems like a nice enough person, but her entire personality this season seems to revolve around boosting Lindsey’s ego & agreeing with absolutely everything she says, no matter how clearly wrong what she’s saying or doing is, and how much it affects her other friends. She’d be foolish to not understand that she’s just Danielle’s replacement, and that the moment she really challenges her behavior, she’s going to get turned on just the same. Her attachment to Lindsey this season is a real turn off to the rest of her personality, and makes her seem like she doesn’t have a mind of her own.

Danielle consistently tries to tell other people how to live their lives but with no consideration for the other person, and it's usually said in a way to just boost her own ego (or competition). The difference with the conversation that Ciara and Paige had with Amanda is that Amanda had talked to them personally about her issues with Kyle and they were giving her honest advice to try to uplift her as good friends. Throughout their talk they were also saying all of the great attributes she possesses, and as Amanda said, she needed to hear that honesty to have the courage to start creating some things for herself. It isn't just about delivery, it's also about the intention.

Used to love Danielle, but after winter house, and now all this…she has clearly been struggling since her breakup, and rather than addressing her own struggles & personal issues, she’s been hyper-focused on the over-analyzing *everyone else’s* relationships and how they’re moving through the world, and her take on everything is clearly tainted, she’s wildly projecting, and just needs to sit with herself and figure out what she wants from her own life & relationships. And, yes, I can definitely see now how she & Lindsey actually fed off of each other throughout their friendship, it was a mutually beneficial relationship in a lot of ways, it was safe because they were both “YES women” for each other, but it was an equally mutually destructive relationship, for themselves, and everyone around them.

@Ladybird.218 ай бұрын
Generally, I’d agree. But when you’re in a relationship with someone who is CONSTANTLY gaslighting you about very real problematic behavior she’s been exhibiting in the relationship, and you’re starting to question everything, sometimes the only way people can confirm to themselves that they aren’t crazy, and this is an established pattern of behavior, is to ask about that with a previous partner. If Lindsey’s behavior towards Carl wasn’t so gross on a regular basis, he wouldn’t have felt compelled to ask questions. If it helped save him from making a commitment to a doomed relationship, that’s not a bad thing. Also, a number of her ex’s that we know about have been good friends with Carl for years, so, it’s not like he went out of his way to track somebody down, he was merely venting to friends who had similar experiences with her.

Carl isn’t ready for a family, so it’s glad he didn’t go through with it. Lindsay is looking for more of a traditional motherhood journey with the father being the provider, which isn’t odd at all. He doesn’t seem to think he can do that though.

Listen here is my opinion with Carl and a job. The dude isn’t asking her to provide. Obviously his broke isn’t our broke because he is still paying half the rent on that apartment even though he isn’t living there. The “provider” shit just doesn’t come into it. She just wants him to work bc she doesn’t like him being home. But, if he has money and isn’t asking her for shit shouldn’t be able to take time to figure out what he wants to do? It’s not like he is laying up on the sofa and eating her food and not doing shit.

Pretending that she wasn’t responsible for convincing Carl to leave his job in the first place, and failing to acknowledge that she told him to take his time figuring out what is next for him, and also pretending like he doesn’t take home ANY income from the show & other deals that he has, which is completely misleading, when SHE has the exact same actual job that he has, and then says her “job” is being an “influencer 😂😂😂🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ is laughable and pathetic, at best. The fact is, SHE isn’t making all that much on her own, because she doesn’t have a real job either, she just gets some income from promoting products to her “fans” that she absolutely doesn’t use herself, and that kind of income is wildly unpredictable. Pretending that she has a real job and acting like Carl is being lazy when he actually wants a REAL job and career that he’s passionate about, and she’s immediately shut down everything that he’s wanted to pursue, is delusional. Once again, she’s failing to acknowledge that all of this was perfectly okay with her until mere months before their nuptials, and she still didn’t want to postpone the wedding, like HE did, to get themselves in a better place, both within their relationship, and for financial security. All she cares about is getting pregnant, because she knows she’ll get all that she actually cares about, and then can leave him and employ the exact smear campaign she’s attempting right now. She’s trying to rewrite the history of their relationship, and it’s very transparent.
@Ladybird.218 ай бұрын
@@denicarson9082hilarious and ludicrous at once that people think SHE has a real job, or that Carl should be the only one in the relationship that has to actually have a legit, stable job and steady income.🙄🤦🏻♀️ She also aggressively encouraged him to leave his steady job in the first place, and constantly told him to take his time finding what he wanted to do next, has shut down everything that’s he’s wanted to pursue so aggressively that he is now afraid to even come to her with further career moves he’s interested in (super healthy🤢), and was so unconcerned about his employment status that she refused to push the wedding back, even when he wanted to because he wanted to get their relationship in a better place, and get in a better place financially. She is the one being problematic here. Why is she only starting to express concern about this a couple of months before the wedding, yet she still wants to move forward because of her “timeline”, when her partner is expressing concerns himself, and why is she obsessively discussing IMMEDIATELY bringing a child into the world KNOWING *NEITHER ONE OF THEM* has a stable, reliable, REAL job and income? Because all she cares about is having a kid ASAP, and she doesn’t actually care who it’s with, and wasn’t concerned about the marriage actually lasting, because she already had a backup plan to leave him, lament about these exact same issues (that she already knew about & ignored BEFORE the marriage), and raise future kid on her own. Zero-accountability & self-awareness being exhibited here, once again.

The way Danielle spoke to Gabby and the way Ciara spoke to Amanda are two very opposite things. Danielle is trying to correlate the two conversations to soften the blow of how she acted. The big difference is Ciara acknowledges in that same conversation she had with Amanda that what she said is mean but then goes on to explain why she feels that why AND reassures her friend of her talent, of her value and what she brings to the table. Ciara came into that conversation knowing what she had to say could be harsh but it came from a place of love and had what she said pushed Amanda to tears she would apologize. Danielle on the other had approached her conversation with Gabby with only judgment and criticism. At no point in the conversation is she actually trying to help Gabby or Hype up Gabby. She just points out where she thinks Gabby is lacking and then is like okay bye gotta go party. Where Danielle really messes up is not immediately apologizing no matter how "silly" or Stupid" she felt it was. She actually goes on to defend her stance and why she is correct, she still is taking very little accountability. That is the big difference because had Ciara hurt Amanda she would've said sorry right away.

I sorry but I think Carl is full of crap …. He’s totally lied about certain things about Lindsey to his friends. Savings don’t last forever in NY

Lindsay and Gabby are coming across as delusional. Lindsay wants a sugar daddy.
@Tquin558 ай бұрын
They had a $13k/mo apartment in NYC and Carl paid his half of the rent for a year after they split and he moved out. Lindsay still complains about him not having money and he’s paying half the rent where she’s living. They had the same job the year prior; being online influencers. I just cannot imagine being with someone who would rather push their partner down verbally all the time. It’s very good they called off the wedding.

Why didn't they talk about this until 1 month before their wedding?

On another subject with Lindsay, the fact that she told Carl that Kyle was not to be in the wedding unless he was a flower boy…and meant it…is disgusting. Carl grow some balls and move on

Lindsey shouldnt feel bad for wanting to be a SAHM, but MOVE out of NY if your relationship is being effected by how much it costs to raise a family then move. Lindsay wants the standard of living she wants for the dream life she invisioned an I feel carl is also worried shed want to hire a nanny which is another huge expense

Lindsay complains a lot about a man who doesn't work, yet still manages to pay half her rent. Maybe it's just me, but this couple was not living in a cardboard box or struggling to make ends meet for this woman to complain so much about this man's lack of a "job."

This is so laughable! These girls do 100% what they are accusing Danielle of all the time! Hahahaha! Paige acts like she is the most perfect human! Bahahaha! Tell me when she has ever been accountable for anything anytime! Never! Paige is an armchair critic from a lawn chair or the bed every episode. Seriously. It’s boring. It gets old.

Honestly this convo obsession IS weird given that we know they are also paid very well for this show and so he does have a job, just could work more but like hes not bringing in zero money. Ya, I would say carl needed to figure out his life for sure, but they clearly are just better off not together.

Gurl you tried Lindsay and it’s all sad how it ended but it was so not meant to be. Being a mom to your future children shouldn’t scare a man away. Focus on healing boo Mr Forever is out there.
@JB-10078 ай бұрын
It doesn’t seem like Linds wanted to be a stay at home mom *forever* but at least until their hypothetical baby was school-aged. When she said she needed a “break” I interpreted that to mean a break from being the breadwinner. She wanted Carl to step up and AT LEAST match her 50/50 again, if not, out earn her a bit while her focus is shifted to parenting. She has some major issues, generally speaking, from what we see on the show BUT wanting to be a present mother while children are in the infant/toddler stage is not one of those problems. Babies are expensive & she was right about every little bit ($$$) helping.
@onlygood2228 ай бұрын
I genuinely despise Lindsay’s personality but she is right, she is not asking for too much. We don’t like in a 50/50 world emotionally and physically as woman. Keep your standards up, Lindsay!

@michellesmith78 ай бұрын
I can’t help it, Lindsay’s tendency to consistently be activated cracks me up 😂 she needs to pair up with a man that doesn’t get flustered by that and can still hold their own. She suits an older man in finance or something. I don’t think Carl has ever figured out who he is, especially as a sober person.

Isssssss it a beautiful partnership if she is expected to make twice as much him, while being pregnant and then being the primary caregiver for their child...? Like what is he contributing? Is he doing all of the household labour or is she?

Most countries have maternity leave and then parental leave. Maternity leave is exclusively for the person giving birth to heal. In Canada that is 15 weeks. Most women are still healing through the “4th trimester” and absolutely you should not •have• to work during that time.

The double standard is wild with Danielle. She always got in the middle of Lindsay’s fights. But now that she is at odds with Gabby it should stay between the two of them? She truly lacks self-awareness and is borderline delusional.

@audhdcreativity58998 ай бұрын
Hahahaa! And who does all the work in the home? And organizing their lives? And, excuse me, but carrying a child is not easy and requires major recovery, but our society and partners want to ignore all that, and all we do to raise kids, usually while Dad is absent or the playmate! It's NEVER 50/50! The woman ALWAYS does more work in a marriage or committed relationship.

Lindsay just doesn’t get Carl had to give up his job at Loverboy to make a real change in his life. Just like Amanda has no real life outside of that company, Carl is experiencing the black hole now. Sobriety is more important than a career. Leave the city if you can’t have a family and the luxury lifestyle you want.

I'm a mom of 2, and I feel its dumb to over exaggerate childbirth so you can stay home because you need a break. If we are playing "What ifs" let's play all the ifs, like not being able to get pregnant ever. Not liking your kid, not wanting to stay home because of it. Being broke so you both need to work, him wanting to be a stay at home Dad.
