That Garcelle hugged and greeted Carol so sweetly and genuinely before Kathy stood out to me. It shows she's not just about status and her and Kathy's friendship is genuine. The fact that she knows Kathy's brand manager's name shows she's not just a Hollywood hotshot. It takes me back to RHONY when Bethenny called out Ramona for treating her assistant so terribly and not respecting the people that work for her. Housewives that respect the people that work for them always tend to be my favorites.

No one seems to see a pattern with that man (Mauricio), but I do. He worked for Hilton & Hyland until he could leave them, allegedly taking clients with him and have his own company. Now, he's left Kyle AFTER she put him in the spotlight and helped promote his company through HER TV show. He's a user and an opportunist.

I'm not a fan of Mauricio but I don't agree. A lot of companies owe so much of their success to a few staff but won't value them as such. I'm sure especially as he was family, they expected him as an asset in their pocket but he had the potential and ambition to make it on his own. If he wasn't capable, clients wouldn't have followed him. Divorce especially theirs doesn't seem one sided.

You don’t understand how real estate works. You aren’t actually employed by the company. They are a holding company that acts as a broker for the transaction and then you pay them a commission on the sale. All clients are your clients not the companies. Mo didn’t steal any clients from anyone.
