How To Run Your IWB Torsion Gun Holster

I recently bought a 3.0 Torsion IWB holster (yes, through Bravo Concealment😍) for both of my Glock 17's. I'm glad I did, I didn't know an IWB holster could be so comfortable! You guys have earned a lifetime customer! Before I bought these holsters from you, I USED to use an M&P Shield 9 for my concealed carry...Now it's Glock 17 (Mostly because I couldn't find a more comfortable CC holster for the M&P). 😂 Thanks for a truly excellent & well thought out piece of hardware. EDIT: I actually did find a holster from Bravo for my M&P, What I meant to say was I couldn't find one that would allow for the TLR-6 flashlight attached to it.

Been running the same holster for eight years, DOS w/ RT cant and have had zero issues in those eight yrs. Still has that solid click when I re holster. I actually use the OWB as a IWB and it’s a solid platform. Bar non solid product!

Torsion 3.0 arrived two weeks ago for my glock 19 gen 5 with magazine holder and its amazing.

I run (and have run for 2+ years) a torsion on the strong side and find it very comfortable. The torsion design of the front clip makes a nice curve for my bony hips, and it sits at about 3:05 position very well. Now, while the IWB is comfortable, the OWB holster you make is amazing on the strong side. It really makes it feel like you're not wearing a gun at all. I have both holsters for all 3 of my carry guns. I get the paddles and it make OWB so easy and coinvent.

The TLR-7 light has been out for multiple years now. Selling well, success in the market, and usually carried with a Glock 19. Just throwing that out there, I don't know what other criteria would be needed to make holsters for it.

Just bought a Bravo Concealment holster for my Glock 19 with a surefire light. Coming from a basic Polecraft holster I can say this was a big upgrade. It conceals very very well. It’s hard to print with this holster. I’m very happy I can pull the slide and chamber a round while it’s in the holster. Most accidental discharges happen when drawing or holstering so I’m glad this holster allows for that.

My Kahr PM 9 fits perfectly in a S&W Shield 9 holster. Tried one out and was delighted it fit as Bravo doesn’t make this holster for my Kahr. I have carried over 5 years with this holster and again it fits perfectly. Clicks in. Holds without releasing until I draw. Might try one if you have a Kahr PM9.

You're absolutely right. These guys who go on and on about printing and giving away that you're carrying. It's not as big a deal as they want to make it out to be. I don't know about other people, but I don't go into gas stations or restaurants or walk down the street staring at someone's waistline to see if they're carrying a gun. Lighten up Tactical Tommies. I’m currently wearing mine for my S&W M&P 2.0 3.6” compact. Y’all don’t have the exact barrel length only the 4” barrel length one. It was very uncomfortable at first, brought the belt clips up one hole and now I know it’s there but it’s not reminding me by jamming into my hip or feeling like it’s going to come out the top of my pants. Now to get one for my Glock 43 and Glock 19

So far my Torsion 3.0 for my g19.5 is my go to. It’s not perfect, but I haven’t found one that is. I have some $100+ IWBs from “tactical” companies sitting in my holster drawer at this point. (Should sell of off actually). The Bravo Concealment IWB is my fav so far. I run two clips still, didn’t like one clip setup. But I still can’t appendix carry so I’m at 3-5:00

I’ve had a CCW permit for a while but never really carried due to not having the best weapon to conceal. I just recently purchased a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield 9mm and want to start carrying concealed. But I’m a big guy (fat). What is the best way to carry concealed with my size? I run a 19x. I’ve tried wearing mine both dual and single clip for appendix carry but it just seems to dig into my inner thigh a little too much when I sit and protrudes a little more than I’d like when standing. The 2:30 position, with a claw, seems to work best for me it seems. Any suggestions for comfort when sitting down?

I also carry a 19x and it protrudes more than id like to as well. i do 2:30 as well, and it protrudes terribly.

@@jonharper7312 I have since then switched to a Ruger Max-9 which is significantly smaller and more comfortable. Although I can manage my 19x if I needed to, it’s less than ideal.

When yall do the mag pouch for the linked holster setup, will the mag be straight up and down or angled to the draw hand side? And also will it have the corner? I like the linked setup but that corner can be kinda brutal after a few hours. Lol

It will be angled for easier draw and yes, it will have a smaller footprint without that corner 👍🏼

So I just got mine last week for my G19 gen5 and I have noticed that it is scuffing the front of the slide a lot. Is this normal or will it stop doing that after time. While it’s clean I don’t think it will scratch the finish but once it has dust in there and you wear it more I’m worried about it scratching the finish.

@@NANA-lq5md I am not new to carry. Most of mine are as well but we are talking about small scuffs this holster is REALLY scuffing up the gun. Yes it wipes off right now but I do not think it will when it starts to get dirt in it. It is the entire right side and top of the slide from the tip of the barrel to the ejection port.

I have a similar issue with the generation five Glock 19. I think it has to do with the gun having a dual slide release. The old injection mold was probably made from a generation three Glock 19. Not sure 🤷🏽‍♂️ but I know exactly what you are talking about. My older Glock 19’s slide right in - but the generation five is like 98% a true fit.

Rene sir from what I can tell ya'll stopped selling your knock off kore belts. Probably a good idea. It didn't go over well from what I saw and your a holster company anyhow. I do have 2 kore belts and 2 bravo holsters and I truly love both. To be frank I wouldnt buy a belt from ya'll, They have a lot more selection and sizes and things, and wouldn't buy a holster from kore if they start makin them.

Once again, train how you carry!! If your holster is not the same as the one you train with then when the actual time comes that you have to use it, there will be an issue!! ( why would anyone that actually makes holsters tell anyone that ( if you want to practice drawing, holstering, inc, them use two belt loops. But don’t then carry a holster with one!! In over 30 years of actual carrying a gun for a living, and instructing others to do the same, this makes zero sense!!

@@Bravoconcealment so you practice with two belt lips. So the holster doesn’t move and stay in a know position and you train your muscle memory to how the holster is oriented. Then you actually carry it of one so it moves around and doesn’t stay in the same position where you train with it. Yeah right makes perfect sense ti no tame one!!!

@@markmarch9706 I never said I train with 2 belt clips and carry with one... I carry "single belt clip config" and I shoot that way as well. The only reason you see me in this video shooting with the "dual belt clip config" is to show the different options you can run the holster with. 🤷🏼‍♂️
