I'd suggest Stumpt's Hero Squad: Under The Dragon's Shadow if you haven't run across it yet. Not sure anything can compare to OXventures but Hero Squad has it's share of silliness.

I'd give The Adventure Zone a try too if you haven't already. The first few episodes are a lot of goofing and learning basic stuff, but the finale of the first chapter is pretty hilarious, and every chapter onwards gets progressively sillier until all of a sudden it's not and you're crying.

When they enter the Kobold cave there is such a poorly worked trap that even Dob's sister spots it. However, Kobold's are well known experts at trap building. This was the work of a drunken pirate. I therefore conclude that during Corazan's berry-induced hallucinations, he actually found this cave, set up what he thought was a superbly built trap, and decided this would be the location for his loot stash. My theory.

I don't think it's too much of a stretch to think Prudence would protect her companions if you think about it. Clearly the entire party is a source of chaos, destruction and sometimes madness; they just do it with those icky, "good intentions" and make some people's lives better in the process of ruining many other lives. Deep down Prudence probably realizes this and believes in the party's potential to help her aid in Cthulhu's machinations, and would hate to see that chaotic potential lost.

I love how nearly every quest Johnny makes where the party is supposed to be fighting ennemies and bosses, they find a way to sneak around and go none lethal but when he specifically write a story that's about stealth and not killing the poor animals who went berserk against their will, they go full carnage, blood and vicera all over the shop. lolol That was bloody amazing (pun not intended...Or maybe a little bit).

I actually cried when Dob found his sister. How have I become so emotionally embroiled in the adventures of Dob, Prudence, Corazon, Merilwen, Eggbert and the long suffering Johnny?

I've replayed that "Dob, what does your sister look like?" so many times, because everything about it pretty much embodies one of my favourite things as a player and especially as a GM. Luke's reaction is adorable and so is everyone else's, just watching all those reactions almost made me tear up. But it's also clear that Johnny is enjoying himself immensely. I got the feeling that he was really, REALLY looking forward to asking the question. I've done something similar in a past game of mine. I was so excited to deliver the The Reveal that it was physically hard for me to remain neutral and not give anything away just as a character was literally inches away from finding their sibling in the last place they expected. And the player's reaction was amazing, because they were caught completely off guard, which made their reaction both funny off-game and emotional in-game. I always feel like I've done my job as a GM well if I manage to surprise/shock my players in a way that they actually enjoy, regardless of how their characters feel about it.

This session had everything! A+ reveal from Johnny, amazing heartstring pulling from Luke, and I swear Ellen's reactions to all the Dob stuff (especially Dob sticking up for his friends at 50:10 ) were everyone's reactions because they certainly mirrored mine. High Corazon is amazing, Prudence is starting to realise she might have a heart after all, and Egbert pointlessly lost so many hitpoints but still managed to have the coolest moment of all xD How long until we get a graphic novel adaptation of the Oxventurer's Guild because I NEEED IT ^_^ (preferably with Bendix art, and a lot of the NPCs need to look like Johnny haha)
