Man, Gawn is incredible to go through fatherhood, continue to be All Ausrtralian & deal with all the Oliver/Petracca/Brayshaw stuff along with the back to back straight sets in 2022 & 2023. You could see he was hurting at the hurt during Angus speech. Man carries the entire weight of the demons on his shoulders.

How many Wow's are this man's words worthy of? For the past 35 years I've been an Essendon supporter, then just now I've watched this clip six times one after the after. Wow. I now have a personal though non invasive question, regarding Angus's speech... How the bloody hell did he hold himself together as he worked his way through his words? I could only imagine the emotional journey this man has been on - and continues on - since his retirement. It's a shame that he will only be known to many as the victim of a disgusting hit by another player. Brayshaw spoke so well. That player should have been suspended.
