Beautiful results but its supposed to be rinsed out after the flat ironing and then they are supposed to spray step 3 which is the ionic bonding spray to close the hair cuticle. When they blow dry the ionic bonding spray the chemical smell goes away and your hair smells like chocolate. It adds gloss to your hair and smooths it even further. The bad smell would be gone 100% (I am a licensed cosmetologist)

I did Brazilian Blowouts for 30 years in my Salons. They do smell horrible 😬 but I would encourage all of my clients to do them instead of chemical relaxers or regular Keratin treatments ( which smell horrible too) but can cause damage to your hair. I did all hair types and I especially loved these treatments on clients with tight waves, thicker hair types and course hair types. I still have them done on myself since I have very thick curly long hair to the middle of my back. But , I always believe that the most natural options are the best and encouraged my clients to choose those options 💜💜💜

I LOVE HAIR!!! All hair. I used to get this done every June for the summer. It actually damaged my hair a little. I have aging hair so it doesn’t like any chemicals at all. I tried dying my gray these past 6 months with professional high quality hair dye and only the roots, it’s breaking all over the place. Major setback 😭 You remind me of Sade when your hair is back. You are a very beautiful lady with a gorgeous mane.

Have you ever watched deeperthanhair here on KZbin. She talked about a good dye for grays and it does little damage and covers very well. I can't remember the video but I find her videos highly enjoyable and even learned a few things to better care for my straight, lifeless hair.

What a gorgeous head of hair! 🤩 I use the IGK Good Behavior line. It also has that chemical/perfume smell. It keeps me frizz free until I wash again and it doesn’t alter my 3a texture. My blow outs NEVER lasted over night until I started using it. It might work for you between treatments.
@dakotadellafera58502 жыл бұрын
This video is triggering me. This is why companies get in trouble because of irresponsible hairdressers. You know why it costs so much? BECAUSE THEY APPLIED IT DRY!!! This treatment is applied to WET HAIR! They are suppose to use water to move the solution around. Idk why they dried it first. That results in using more product and causing irritation. Like nose running or burning eyes. Also, you don't sit with the product on your head. You're suppose to just move to the next step. I don't think your stylist is BB certified. I do this treatment a lot for my clients. So I'm not talking out of nowhere. Although, it still loos good. Also! You know why there is a smell? Because they didn't wash it out like the instructions tell them too. Never go to these people again. Get a hairdresser with integrity.

Doesn't brazilian blowout have formaldehyde in high levels (over 1%) (can be found under other names such as formulin) which is really bad for your health? Your hair is sooooo beautiful and healthy!!!🙌🏽🤍🤍 I really need to get a Brazilian blow out!!!😍 I’ve been natural for 8 year’s and I loooooove it!!! The only reason I use to perm my hair was because, my hair is sooooo thick and wavy, like deep deep wavy so when I would do my hair or even go to the Salon to get it flat ironed then 20 minutes later, my hair would be a huge afro. I’ve learned to love my hair texture and my deep waves!!🙌🏽🤍 About a month ago, I cut about 6-8 inches off. People were sooooo mad. I told them, it’s just hair. I know a lot of people that love their hair and the length of their hair more than they love themselves. Some even told me if they were to lose their hair, they would want to die.🤦🏽♀️😥 By the way, who would dislike this video? Jealousy is a disease!!!

Thank you so much for your detailed explanation of this treatment! Hi, Tina! I have super problematic hair and have also enjoyed the benefits of the Brazilian Blowout. Recently, I’ve become concerned because of the research regarding the formaldehyde in the product.
