This man has CCI. He has textbook symptoms. He needs a DMX pronto. Would bet money he is unstable from C0 all the way to C3 at a minimum. Especially ligamentous instability at C1-C2, the havoc it can wreak is absolutely tremendous. All those cranial nerves get agitated, the brainstem gets bonked over and over, the intermittent intracranial hypertension......ugh! It's awful. Go get that DMX buddy!
