Grind well
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
Green chili 2 pieces
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Grease hand with oil
Hot oil
Fry until golden brown

I have seen in many videos that you first grate the boiled potatoes then mash it. Is there any particular reason why? If I directly mash it after boiling... Wouldn't the result be same?
