Yay! We’re having homemade (by my Italian son in law) stuffed manicotti for Christmas! Plus another Italian salad and I’m going to definitely make this bread! Glad it can all be done in the bread machine! Woo hoo! Looks soooo good. I’ve meant to ask you, I can’t find with my Zo if it only makes one size of bread? I just have no idea! 🤷‍♀️ Can you share the knowledge? 😂 If I wanted a 2lb loaf could I do it? Yours is a 1 1/2, and I have wondered if that’s the standard size for the Zo. Hi Cynthia! This bread would go great with stuffed manicotti! That sounds delicious for Christmas! Or you can even make rolls out of it, or shape it into a baguette type loaf-if you want to use the dough cycle and bake in the oven, but that is more work than letting the bread machine do it all! My owners manual for my Zo says it’s a 2 lb capacity machine. I normally make both 1.5 and 2 lb loaves in it. Some machines you have to select the size loaf before you start, but not with the Zo machines. I’d say you could do 1.5 and 2 lb, and probably even 1 lb but since the loaf pan is large, it would probably make a short, small loaf! Thank you for watching at this busy time Cynthia! @ Thank you Robyn! Where in the owner’s manual that info is a mystery to this old gal! I swear I’ve looked several times, LOL! I was just delighted with this recipe showing up this morning. I love all the other ideas but for times sake, literally, I’ll do a loaf. I’m doing all the quick breads, and today is the pumpkin! And I’m hoping to make the roadhouse rolls or possibly another roll of yours. Next year for the pies! I’m so sad about it, but they’ll probably be bought. Pacing myself is the only way to be sure I’m feeling good for Christmas Day. But I’m truly enjoying myself baking and the guys are going to be bagging and tagging up gifts for family. My husband is setting up his big train today, an O scale Polar Express I gave him 2 years ago, and keep adding to! He wanted one all his life, the big kid! 😁 Okay, too much texting and I’m sorry, very thankful for you! 🚂🍞🎄🥰🇺🇸

Another good one! I’m going to try and mail your loaf pan liners tomorrow. I collect cookbooks and try to find used books whenever possible. I have a big collection of bread machine and sourdough cookbooks now. This week I started taking the paperbacks and stickynoting all of 8:02 the recipes I want to try. That’s going to be my 2025 goal of trying recipes in all the books I bought this year. It’s going to take at least a year to do that.😂

Oh no! If you just used a little too much, just add enough flour to make a nice ball of dough! It may be able to be saved!
