Here's a super simplification for you. The milk you buy in a carton or jug at the grocery store is already Pasteurized right? Don't open it, just set it out on the counter till it warms up to room temperature. Then open it and inoculate it with yogurt containing active yogurt cultures. Put the lid back on it, shake it up well. Then pour it in the machine press start. Ooh Wa La 8 hours later ta-da Yogurt! So skip the whole heating milk to kill off the bacteria. That's already been done for you when they pasteurized it… 😊

Wow! That's super fast method! I need to try this out. But I love my yogurt thicker by adding milk powder to it and I don't think it will easily dissolve in room temperature milk, the way it will in hot milk, but I will try and see. Vous n'avez pas besoin de faire chauffer le lait avant de le mettre dans votre machine à pain, la machine s'en occupe; mettez 1 litre de lait(4T) 1/2 tasse de lait en poudre, 1/2 tasse de yogourt dans votre machine à pain, brassez un peu et sélectionnez le programme Yogourt et c'est parti pour 8h You don’t need to heat the milk before putting it in your bread machine, the machine takes care of it; put 1 liter of milk(4T) 1/2 cup of milk powder, 1/2 cup of yogurt into your bread machine, brew a little and select the Yogourt program and off it is for 8 hours.

I've made a few videos about making yogurt, 2 videos which I boiled the milk and 1 more video which I didn't boil the milk, and yes, we can make yogurt without boiling the milk but I like my yogurt being boiled, to me, they are much tastier than those I made without boiling the milk. Thank you so much for watching and taking your time to write very detailed of how you make your yogurt. I still hope you enjoyed my video and happy yogurt making~~🥰
