Bread On Stick Cooked Over A Campfire

Ingredents:
3 cups flour
1 cup water
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
Directions:
FOR THE DOUGH
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients into a moist dough.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until it has doubled in size. Takes about an hour.
Flour your dough and shape into a ball. Then divide the big ball into 6 round balls!
Start by stretching the dough into long strips
Twist each ball around a stick! Press the dough together to secure the ends.
COOKING OVER A FIRE
Either hold or prop up your stick over the fire. Do you have a strong arm? Yeah, I needed to prop it. But don't leave it!
Choose a spot over hot embers for best results. Don't put over a direct flame because it will burn. It is so tempting!
Keep rotating until all sides are browned.
