It’s usually the basic recipes that makes the best comfort food. This makes me miss the home baked bread from the islands, I did some searching on the internet and found this gem of a recipe to be simple and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 tablespoon sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1/4 cup oil (canola/olive)
3 cups + 3 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Yeah you don’t put a cold knife thru hot bread as you just made it go doughy.

Lol... right, the other samoan bread video the lady found the smallest knife she had and tried cutting thru the bread 😂 That's why we have different types of knives .
