Ingredients
5 slices of bread
2 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of mustard seeds
2 chopped green chillies
1 inch chopped ginger
2 sticks of curry leaves
1 medium sized onion
1 medium sized tomato
½ tsp of red chilli powder
1/4th tsp of turmeric powder
½ tsp of sugar
Salt as per taste
Take a pan and add toast 5 slices of bread on both sides. Roughly chop into small cubes and then keep it aside. Then take a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil along with 1 tsp of mustard seeds. Let the mustards seeds crackle and then add 2 chopped green chillies, 1 inch chopped ginger, 2 sticks of curry leaves and fry it for a minute. Then add 1 medium sized onion and fry it for 3 minutes. Add 1 medium sized tomato and fry it for another 2 minutes. Add ½ tsp of red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tsp of sugar and the salt as per taste. Then add 1/4th cup of water and mix it well and add the bread and gently mix it and let it cook for 2 minutes.
