I have never understood this concept in "romantic" relationships. At some point the person will become aware of the "bread- crumbs " - Normally, it is the woman , because the man does not follow through. Often, she senses it right at the outset. Because of a lack of clear communication. What beats me, is why men might manifest interest in a woman when they have absolutely NO interest in her (physical attraction/repulsion included). It would not even be a question of stringing anyone along; it would mean she cannot count on them for any help; or support ; it generally begins with a horrible acid thought when she awakes.: □Another bad day to plough through□
