I recommend these breaded pork ribs to all pork rib lovers, this is definitely not to be missed. You should try these ribs since this is not just another typical everyday dish.

There are a lot of choices for a side dish, from freshly prepared salads to mayonnaise-based salads, or just enjoy it with a slice of fresh bread and pickles.
The big advantage of this recipe is that you can save the stock for later use.

Ingredients:
900 gr (~2 lbs) pork ribs
2 onions
5-6 cloves of garlic
3 bay leaves
salt
whole black pepper
half a handful of parsley
2-3 carrots
For the breading:
Flour, eggs, bread crumbs, salt
For the mayonnaise salad:
750 gr (~3 cups) tartare sauce
100 gr (~1/2 cup) dill pickles
half a handful of parsley
1 kg (2.2 lbs) of potatoes
350 gr (2 cups) of apple
1 small bunch of spring onions
4 eggs

The steaming process will need approximately 45 minutes at a temperature of not higher than 90 degrees Celsius (195 F).
If the stock was salty enough, no need to salt the cooked ribs, only season them with a little black pepper.
The ribs should be fried in 180 C (350 F) fat (oil) until the breading is golden brown, no longer, since the meat is already cooked.
