Sometimes it's because I agree with the "take", sometimes it's because I really enjoyed the editing, and sometimes it's because I got a lot of entertainment from it. I watch a lot of your videos, but I certainly don't press "like" on all of them, but I do to the ones I really liked. Same with other YTers I subscribe to. I also won't subscribe unless I find myself searching for their channel to watch a new video. Otherwise, I didn't like them or their video enough to care to see them on my YT recommended again.
